The villa (6+2 sleeping accommodations) is situated in Casciana Terme, on the hills stretching between Pisa and Livorno, in Lower Valdarno. Not only is the villa the ideal accommodation for those who dream of relaxing holidays made of hikes, mountain bike rides and horseback rides in the surrounding countryside, it also stands just a few kilometres from the famous white beaches of Vada and Castiglioncello.
Many important Tuscan cities of art, such as Pisa, Livorno, Lucca, Volterra, San Gimignano and Florence, are within easy car reach. The thermal baths of Casciana Terme are in the neighbourhood of the villa.
A wide garden surrounds the building. Here lies the swimming pool, with a solarium terrace furnished with sunloungers and sunshades.
The veranda is furnished with tables and chairs for eating al fresco while enjoying the panorama of the Pisan hills. On the clearest days also Pisa and the Tyrrhenian Sea are to be seen.
Accommodation
The villa (3 double bedrooms, double sofa bed and 2 bathrooms) spreads out over two storeys and composes of main fully equipped kitchen, smaller kitchen, two living rooms connected to a lounge with fireplace and double sofa bed, room with barbecue, 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with hydromassage shower cabin. The bedrooms feature balconies overlooking the surrounding countryside, Pisa and the Tyrrhenian coast.

The villa is provided with swimming pool furnished with sunloungers and sunshades, satellite TV, air conditioning, wireless Internet connection, hi-fi system, washing machine, dishwasher, electrical oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, blender, juicer, stick blender, American-style coffee maker, iron and ironing board, toddler bed and high chair and two covered parking lots.
A cook is at guests` disposal upon request (additional charges apply).
Possibility of organizing Tuscan cooking courses, tasting of typical products, guided tours to Volterra and to the neighbouring towns and guided hiking, mountain bike and horseback excursions on the Pisan hills.
