The two Medici apartments (Medici C apartment: 2+2 beds - Medici L apartment: 4+2 beds) are situated on the same floor of an ancient 16th-century building situated in the well renowned and characteristic San Lorenzo district, in Florence historical centre. Both Medici apartments are on the second floor (no lift; the apartments are accessible through 26 steps). The building stands close by the Cappelle Medicee (Medici Chapels), San Lorenzo central market with its stalls along the narrow streets in Florence city centre, Palazzo Medici Riccardi, Florence railway station, the church of Santa Maria Novella, the famous church of San Lorenzo and Piazza del Duomo, with Florence Cathedral and Baptistery.
Accommodation and Facilities
Both apartments have been recently renovated and furnished in the typical Florentine "arte povera" style. The apartments are provided with all comforts: air conditioning, ADSL wireless Internet connection, notebook (upon request) for free, satellite TV, minibar, safe and electrical system with US 110 volt sockets.
Both apartments feature a bathroom with shower and built-in hairdryer and a fully equipped kitchenette with microwave oven. The apartments are provided with a set towels and bed linen and a map of Florence for helping guests to plan their stay in this wonderful Tuscan city.

The Medici C apartment (1 double bedroom + 1 double sofa bed and 1 bathroom) is composed of a double bedroom in the loft (the orthopaedic double bed can be transformed into two twin beds), a living room with sofa bed (two single beds) and fully equipped kitchenette provided with microwave oven, four-ring electrical cooker and fridge and 1 bathroom with shower.
