Luminous and elegant apartment on the second floor (without elevator - 35 steps) of a typical 17th-century building in Florence historical centre. The apartment commands the narrow streets of the characteristic Florentine district called Oltrarno.
The Oltrarno district lies on the left bank of the Arno river. Here scenes of the past are still to be seen: craftsmen working on the street, street markets and small cafés where to sip a cappuccino or eat sitting in the open air. The district, once mainly a working-class area, is now full of antique shops, craftsman workshops and "trattorias", typical restaurants serving Florentine dishes.

The apartment (about 100 m²) features 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 single bedroom, making in total 5 sleeping accommodations. The sleeping accommodations become 7, considering the double sofa bed in the living room, which, thanks to a sliding door, can be transformed into a real independent double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. A dining room, a kitchenette and 2 bathrooms complete the apartment.
