Profile Elegant and bright apartment ( 5+2 beds ) located in a typical Florentine building with wonderful view on the alleys of this neighbourhood called by the Florentines “Oltrarno”. This area in the heart of Florence is situated on the left side of the river Arno where it is still possible to find local craftsmen working along the road, squares with outdoor markets of all kinds and places where you can take a rest and drink a cappuccino or have a meal sitting outside. This was formerly considered a popular district of Florence and has more recently become a residential area with nice antique and craftwork shops and small typical restaurants ( ` Trattorie ` ).

Accomodation The apartment (about 100 sq.m.) has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a single room for a total of 5 sleeping accommodations. The living room has a double sofa bed for additional guests. ( 7 sleeping accommodations can easily be obtained thanks to a sliding door which turns the living room into a completely independent double bedroom with private bathroom). The apartment has 2 bathrooms, a dining room and a kitchen, it is also equipped with air-conditioning, TV, radio CD system, microwave,toaster, american coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, iron facilities and hair-dryer.

Services and Facilities Not far from the apartment there are some grocer’s shops, restaurants and typical local outdoor markets. ( In Piazza Santo Spirito, 150 mt from the apartment, you can find every day a local outdoor market with antique stalls).
