The apartment, 35 sm, is on the 4th floor ( attic) without lift: it is composed by a living room with kitchen ( 2 gas cook tops, microwave oven, fridge), single sofa bed, dining table, TV, door to the semi covered terrace. From the dining room a spiral staircase reaches the roof terrace equipped with table, chairs and deck-chairs, bathroom with shower (high window), 1 double bedroom with 140x190cm bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, door to the terrace. Accessories: air conditioning, single heating, hairdryer, TV washing machine ( in the terrace), internet connection
