The apartment (6+1 sleeping accommodations) is on the fourth floor of a building situated in Cittΰ Giardino, a peaceful residential area in the outskirts of Viareggio, right at the border with Lido di Camaiore. The building stands 100 metres from the sea and the windows of the apartment and the balcony furnished with chaises longues overlook the sea.
The apartment is the ideal accommodation for those who love the sea, who during the winter can have long walks on the beach, whereas in the summer can spend their days basking on sunloungers in the bathing establishments under the Versila sun. Shopaholics, instead, cannot miss the chance to visit the Passeggiata a mare, with its prestigious boutiques, and the famous street market.
Viareggio is also the town of entertainment: the centre, the Darsena in the south of the town and the whole Versilia promenade are full of pubs, discos, restaurants and cinemas. Children can have pleasant days in the pinewood equipped with outdoor toys and carousels.

A supplementary single bed can be added in any of the bedrooms.
