The structure is a villa that has been divided into various apartments. The complex is situated a few kilometres from Siena, in the heart of the Sienese Chianti.
Accommodation
Two types of apartments are available:
Two-room apartments with 2+1 sleeping accommodations: they consist in 1 double bedroom, living room with kitchenette and single sofa bed and 1 bathroom.
Three-room apartments with 4 sleeping accommodations: they consist in 1 double bedroom, 1 smaller bedroom with double sofa bed, living room with kitchenette and 1bathroom.
Facilities
A panoramic swimming pool (14x7 m) overlooking the Chianti vineyards lies about 50 metres from the building. Near the pool there is a smaller swimming pool for children. The pool-side terracotta-tiled terrace is furnished with sunshades and sunloungers.
Services
Public transportation services link the residential hotel to Siena. A small supermarket and any kind of shops and services are in Quercegrossa, a small village just 1 kilometre from the residential hotel.
Distances
The villa lies in strategic position; all the most important Tuscan tourist destinations and cities of art are within easy car reach. Siena 5 km - Florence 56 km San Gimignano 30 km - Volterra 45 km.
