Profile - In the heart of the Tuscan countryside, in the outskirts of Brenna, a village 12 kilometres form Siena Villa Amedeo is a typical rustic country house dating back to the 15th century. The structure is divided into six apartments of different sizes, each of them sleeping 2 to 6 people. The guests can rent single apartments (ideal for couples or for families), more than one apartment on a floor (for families and friends who want to share the kitchen and the living room), or the whole villa (20 beds, for special occasions).
The villa opens on the fields and orchards surrounding Brenna and on the Merse river. The church in Brenna can be rented for special occasions all over the year. Possibility of attending to concerts and shows, doing cyclotourism, riding.
The villa has been recently renovated. The six cosy apartments open on the patio, where the guests can have their breakfast in the morning or dine in the evening. The apartments are composed of 1 or 2 double bedrooms, a wide living room, fully equipped kitchen and a contemporary-design and refined bathroom with shower or bathtub.

Services - Brenna is 15 minutes south-west of Siena Many Tuscan cities of art - Florence (60 km), Pisa (120 km), Lucca (140 km) and Arezzo (90 km)- and culture (San Gimignano, Pienza, San Galgano and Montalcino) are within easy car reach. Grosseto and the Tyrrhenian Sea are 80 km away and the famous thermal establishments in Rapolano Terme are only 20 km away.
Leisure activities within 100 m: possibility of fishing and bathing in the summer in the Merse river and riding centre. Six mountain bikes are at guests` disposal. A restaurant/pizzeria 50 m from the villa serves Tuscan dishes. Shops, bars, restaurants, public phones, bank, post office and chemist are in Rosia (3 km).
The nearest airports are in Florence (1 hour), Pisa (2 hours; Ryan Air and Easyjet low-cost flights) and Bologna (2 hours). Rome Fiumicino is the nearest intercontinental airport (3 hours by car). It is advisable that guests rent a car to visit Tuscany although the villa can be reached by bus and train from Siena
Facilities
The rent includes:
final cleaning, water, light, gas for the kitchen, towels and linen (weekly change), heating gas during the winter or low season.
The rent does not include:
deposit upon arrival, wood for the fireplaces (10 Euro/basket).
At guests` disposal: mountain bikes, public parking area near the villa, safe box in every apartment.
Upon request:
daily cleaning/domestic help (8 Euro/hour), Tuscan food upon arrival.
Means of transport: daily public bus to/from Siena It is advisable that guests rent a car to visit Tuscany Animal not admitted.
Where we are - The villa is the ideal starting point for visiting one of the most beautiful regions of Tuscany and Italy: Siena (12 km), the Chianti the Val d`Orcia and the Crete senesi and a lot of suggestive Medieval villages and towns.

Apartment Raffaello - (4 beds) surface: 85 mē - Situated on the ground floor, the apartment has an independent entrance and a wooden-deck terrace for lunches outdoor commanding the surrounding fields. The living-dining room features a fireplace and a table for 6/8 people. The modern and wide kitchen is furnished with dish-washer, washing machine, fridge and gas oven. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a travertine bathroom with shower and quality-wood furniture. Central heating. The patio is furnished with chairs, sunshades and barbecue. An outdoor shower and a stone bathtub are at guests` disposal.

Apartment Michelangelo (4 beds) - Surface: 82 mē - Situated on the ground floor, the apartment has an independent entrance. The ancient furnace has been transformed into the dining area next to the kitchen. The living room is furnished with a sofa and an armchair. The kitchen is equipped with gas cooker, fridge, microwave oven, dish-washer and washing machine. The double bedroom and the twin-bedded room command the surrounding fields. Bathroom with shower with stone, wood and glass cladding. Central heating. The apartment opens on a small paved patio furnished with a teak table, benchess and chairs for outdoor breakfasts and lunches and sunshade. At guests` disposal: the barbecue in the big courtyard, the outdoor shower and the stone bathtub. Near the villa there is a pizzeria with wood oven.

Apartment Galileo (4 beds) - Surface: 102 mē. Situated on the ground floor, the apartment has an independent entrance opening on the big courtyard. The dining room-kitchen (equipped with fridge, microwave oven, dish-washer and washing machine) opens on the patio at the back of the villa. The ancient cave has been transformed into the living room, whose rock and tufa walls date back to the 13th century. Two arches separate the double bedroom and the twin-bedded room commanding the main courtyard. The wide stone-clad bathroom is furnished with a contemporary-design cement-resin bathtub. Central heating. Guests can have their breakfasts and lunches in the cosy patio at the back and then dine in the evening in the main courtyard with the other guests. At guests` disposal: the outdoor shower and the stone bathtub. Near the villa there is a pizzeria with wood oven.

Apartment Leonardo (4 beds) Surface: 100 mē. Situated on the ground floor, the apartment features a double-height ceiling with beams showing. The kitchen is equipped with a big fridge, oven, dish-washer, washing machine, cooker and contemporary-design isle hood and furnished with a teak table for 10 people, some wooden sofas and cupboards and exotic pieces of furniture. The double bedroom with baldachin bed and the twin-bedded room have a terracotta floor. The bathroom with shower is clad with travertine, quality wood and glass. Central heating. Guests can have their breakfasts and lunches in the main paved courtyard, furnished with teak tables, benches and chairs. At guests` disposal: barbecue, outdoor shower and stone hydromassage bathtub.
