The villa (12+4 sleeping accommodations) is situated in the Tuscan countryside, between the Maremma and the Val d`Orcia and overlooks the Monteleoni valley from a panoramic position. The villa is just a few kilometres from Roccastrada, Roccatederighi and Massa Marittima and is surrounded by the wonderful the Tuscan countryside.
Accommodation
The villa (12+4 sleeping accommodations in 5 double bedrooms, two of which with third single bed, 1 twin-bedded bedroom, double sofa bed and 3 bathrooms) is divided into two apartments.
On the ground floor is Apartment 1 (8+2 sleeping accommodations), which consists in a large and characteristic lounge with stone fireplace, the kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms with supplementary third bed, 2 bathrooms and a veranda opening onto the swimming pool.
On the first floor is Apartment 2 (4+2 sleeping accommodations), which composes of dining room, living room with fireplace and double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin-bedded bedroom, 1 bathroom and wide terrace overlooking the unspoilt Monteleoni valley.
The apartments have independent entries and are both equipped with satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, iron, oven, private car park, barbecue equipment, toddler bed and high chair, private deckchairs and sunshades.
