The residential farm stands on the green hills in Valdichiana, a few kilometres from Montepulciano and Cortona.
The complex consists in two independent buildings that have been renovated respecting the ancient original structures. The brick cottage dates back to the 18th century and was built on the ruins of an ancient furnace. The farmer`s house dates back to the early 20th century and presents the typical typology of the ancient Tuscan farmer houses. Both building are part of a farm where sunflowers, corn are cultivated. Part of the estate is covered with vineyards for the production of the famous Vino Nobile di Montepulciano. The barbecue equipment, a children`s playground, some mountain bikes, a table tennis table, a warm hydromassage swimming pool and the laundry service are at guests` disposal.
Apartments
The apartments are available for rental from 2 to 8 persons. Each apartment has all the comforts of satellite TV, hydromassage shower and a private outdoor area. The original architecture has been preserved with the terracotta floors, exposed beams and fireplaces. Special care is given to the interior design-elegant tuscan furniture from the end of the 18th century and wrought iron beds.

Distances
The residential farm is in the municipality of Montepulciano, in the province of Siena, between Rome and Florence. It is an excellent starting point for interesting excursions: it is 10 kilometres from Cortona and lake Trasimeno and 15 kilometres from Castiglione del Lago. Montalcino and Pienza are a mere 30-minutes car trip away. Shops and services of any kind are in Camucia, 10 kilometres from the complex. All major Tuscan and Umbrian cities of culture are reached by motorway (15 km from the complex) or expressway (5 km). Florence is 115 kilometres and Assisi 60 kilometres from the farm.
