The residence is placed at 120 metres above the sea level and it was built renovating an ancient farm, with also oil press, cellars, land agent house, and about 50 hectares of Chianti vineyards, olive groves and fresh small woods that allow long and healthy walks. Apartments Our estate consists of 11 Apartments ( two and three-roomed Apartments ) well furnished in each one there is a kitchen with a little oven, refrigerator, and hot plates; besides the lounge-kitchen the two-roomed Apartment is composed of one bedroom with shower, while the three- roomed Apartment consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. Each Apartment is furnished with period furniture in a different way. The price includes also the use of the satellite TV, the safe-deposit box and the bed linen and towels.
