The farm (5 apartments and 2 farmhouses) is situated in a park surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, less than 1 kilometre from a small village called Montaione. Guests can purchase the DOCG Chianti wine, the extra virgin olive oil, the grappa, the sparkling wine and the vinsanto produced in the farm.
Two swimming pools, a tennis court and the season fruit and vegetables cultivated in the farm are at guests disposal.
