The farmhouse (8+1 sleeping accommodations) is an ancient 14th-century tower house situated in Castelfranco di Sopra, in the heart of Tuscany, at the border between the Chianti district and the Casentino. The building stands in panoramic position immersed in an olive grove in a medieval village.
The garden surrounding the building is furnished with gazebos, tables and chairs. In the garden are the barbecue equipment and the private panoramic swimming pool (8x4 m, depth: 1,20 m), equipped with sunshades, deck chairs and sunloungers.
The farmhouse is less than half an hour by car from Arezzo, Florence and Siena, and stands in an area rich in Romanesque parish churches, castles and wineries. Those who love nature can do interesting walks and bicycle excursions or visit the famous "Balze", a particularly suggestive geological phenomenon. Shopaholics can, instead, dedicate to their favourite activity in the large outlet village just a few kilometres from the farmhouse.
Accommodation
The farmhouse (1 triple bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom + single sofa bed and 2 bathrooms) is a large three-storey building; the rooms cover an area of 200 mē.
On the ground floor are the dining room with fireplace, the large fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with a double and a single bed and 1 bathroom with shower.
The first floor composes of a large living room with fireplace, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. On the first floor are also a wide panoramic balcony and a panoramic portico.
On the second floor are 1 bedroom with double bed and single sofa bed and a single bedroom.

The villa is provided with panoramic swimming pool opened from April, 30th to October, 8th, barbecue equipment, working fireplace, fans, independent heating, 2 cot beds, high chair, iron and ironing board, fridge, freezer, four-burner gas cooker, oven, microwave oven, wood-burning cooker, moka coffee maker (various sizes), American-style coffee maker, toaster, electric juicer, dishwasher and washing machine.
