The recently refurbished farmhouse (6+1 sleeping accommodations) is situated in the countryside surrounding Arezzo, between Foiano della Chiana and the ancient Etruscan town of Cortona, in Valdichiana. The building, featuring terracotta floors and beamed ceilings, is surrounded by a garden and a wide park. In the garden, surrounded by olive trees, there is the swimming pool (14x6 m), facing the magnificent Tuscan countryside. The patio at the back of the building is provided with outdoor furniture for dining in the open air. In the patio there are also a pizza oven and the barbecue equipment. The farmhouse is provided with all comforts (satellite TV, heating and air conditioning in the bedrooms). Laundry with washing machine and iron near the main building. All windows are provided with mosquito screens. The property is a few kilometres away from Cortona, Pienza, Arezzo and Montepulciano. Other Tuscan cities, such as Siena, Florence, Montalcino and San Gimignano are within easy car reach.
Accommodation
The farmhouse (3 bedrooms + 1 single sofa bed and 3 bathrooms) is organized over two floors. On the ground floors there a dining room with a 12-seater table, wide lounge with TV set and fireplace, toilette, fully equipped kitchen featuring dishwasher, microwave oven, 6 ring-hob, oven, fridge and freezer and a room with a single sofa bed. On the first floor there are a double bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom with queen size bed, a twin-bedded room and bathroom with shower. The kitchen opens on a furnished patio for dining in the open air.

A bar and a mini-market are in Petraia, a small village 4 kilometres from the farmhouse. Restaurants, shops, supermarkets, a bank and the post office are in Cortona (12 km). Bus and railway stations in Camucia (10 km).
