The farmhouse (10/14 people) is located on the hills around Florence near the little town of San Polo in Chianti and is surrounded by 3 hectares of land with olive trees and vineyard.
The facility, on a dominant position, has a breathtaking view on the Arno river valley and on Vallombrosa mountains.
The villa, which during the XVI century used to be owned by the Medici family, has been completely restructured some years ago maintaining the typical tuscan style with stone faηade, terracotta floors and beam ceilings.
Historical famous cities, i.e. Arezzo and Siena are at easy car reach. Beside the wonderful Chianti region, together with its vineyards and beautiful landscape, lie at few kilometers (Greve in Chianti is at 20 km from the villa).
Accommodation
The villa (6 bedrooms, 1 double sofa-bed) is divided into three homey and lovely apartments.
Apt. Le Rose (4 beds, 70 square meters) has a double bedroom, a twin-bedded room, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, living room.
Apt. Il Tulipano (4+2 beds, 80 square meters) has two double bedrooms, a double sofa, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and big fireplace, living room.
Apt. Il Giglio (4 beds, 80 square meters ) has a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk bed and an additional small bed for kid, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and big fireplace, living room.
