The farmhouse (11+2 sleeping accommodations) stands in panoramic position on a hill in Valdelsa, in the province of Siena, just a few kilometres from the ancient village of Casole d`Elsa. The villa enjoys stunning views of the surrounding countryside and over the medieval buildings of Casole d`Elsa. A wide terraced garden surrounds the farmhouse. Behind the estate stretches a wood, for relaxing walks in close contact with nature. At one end of the garden lies the private swimming pool, at guests` disposal. The farmhouse has been completely renovated and provided with all comforts. The rooms have beamed ceilings and are comfortably furnished in rustic style. The estate is reached by an unsurfaced road. The villa can be rented for wedding ceremonies. Thanks to its strategic position, the farmhouse is the ideal accommodation for visiting San Gimignano, Colle Val d`Elsa and Monteriggioni and for doing one-day trips to Siena, Florence and Pisa.
Accommodation
The farmhouse (4 double bedrooms, 1 triple bedroom, possibility of adding two single beds and 5 bathrooms) is divided into two apartment but is rented as a unit: the apartments are not rented separately.
Apartment 1 (9+1 sleeping accommodations - 3 double bedrooms, 1 triple bedroom and 4 bathrooms): spreads out over two floors.
The ground floor composes of fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace and 1 bathroom with whirlpool bathtub.
On the first floor there are a living room with fireplace, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom (with possibility of adding one single bed) with en-suite bathroom with shower, 1 twin-bedded room (that may become a double bedroom upon request), 1 room with double bed and one single bed and 1 bathroom with shower.
Apartment 2 (2+1 sleeping accommodations - 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom), consisting in kitchen, dining area, 1 double bedroom (with possibility of adding one single bed) and 1 bathroom with shower. The apartment has an independent entry and the kitchen opens on an outdoor paved area equipped with barbecue.

The farmhouse is provided with swimming pool with whirlpool area (12x6 m, max. depth 1.45 m) open from May to September, barbecue equipment, laundry room, satellite TV, stereo system with radio and CD player, whirlpool bathtub, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster and American coffee maker; toddler bed and high chair available for free upon request. The swimming pool is furnished with sunloungers and sunshades.
