A complex of four semi-detached houses (7+2 beds each) is situated on the Chianti hills, in a small village called Dudda. Immersed in the quiet and spellbinding Chianti landscape, the four houses are at the same time near to many important Tuscan cities of art and culture, such as Siena, Florence, Pisa, Greve in Chianti, Castellina in Chianti, San Gimignano and Monteriggioni, which are all within easy car distance. Guests can taste the renowned Tuscan extra-virgin olive oil and the famous Chianti wine and other typical Florentine dishes, such as ribollita, bruschetta and the tasty emmer soup.
Accommodation
The complex composes of four semi-detached houses (2 double bedrooms, 1 triple bedroom and 2 bathrooms each) spreading out over two floors. On the ground floor there are a wide living room with double sofa bed and armchairs and a dining room communicating with a fully equipped kitchen. The living room opens onto the patio furnished with table and chairs for dining al fresco. A bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed and 1 bathroom with shower complete the ground floor. On the first floor there are 1 double bedroom, 1 twin-bedded room and 1 bathroom with bathtub. All rooms are full of light and overlook either the swimming pool and the surrounding woods or Monte San Michele and the Chianti vineyards.

Each semi-detached house is provided with private parking lot, covered patio with table and chairs for dining outdoor, private garden with direct access to the swimming pool, independent heating system, household linen, dishwasher, washing machine and satellite TV. The structure is provided with a swimming pool (14x7 m) with hydromassage area accommodating four people and a solarium area furnished with gazebo and sunloungers. In the office adjacent to the swimming pool, there is an information book with details on local festivals and places of interest to visit. Booking service for restaurants, museums and galleries.
