The villa stands in a wonderful panoramic position on the hills surrounding Volterra, a few kilometres from the Tyrrhenian Sea, Pisa and San Gimignano. The villa accommodates up to 14 people and is the ideal lodging for relaxing holidays at the centre of a territory rich in art, history, culture and traditions.

The completely independent structure, with wide garden and swimming pool at the exclusive disposal of guests, stands close to a small medieval hamlet in the province of Pisa and is an excellent starting point for visiting cities like Siena, Arezzo and Florence with one-day excursions.


Accommodation

The villa is divided into three apartments and offers 14 sleeping accommodations in 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
The building is surrounded by a 5000-metre garden with olive and fruit trees.

Apartment 1 (4 sleeping accommodations - 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom): is on the first floor of the ancient farmhouse and corresponds to the apartment of the peasants who used to work in the farm. Covering a surface of about 80 m², it composes of living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a storeroom.
Apartment 2 (4 sleeping accommodations - 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom): it is on the ground floor of the ancient farmhouse and has been obtained from the old stables and warehouses. It covers a surface of about 80 m² and consists in living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a store room.
Apartment 3 (6 sleeping accommodations - 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms): on the ground floor are a large living room with big fireplace, the kitchen and 1 bathroom with shower; the first floor composes of 3 bedrooms and 1 big bathroom with shower.


Facilities

The villa disposes of an 80-m² swimming pool open from 15th May to 30th September, laundry room, barbecue equipment and 4 mountain bikes.

Restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, the post office and other services and shops are in Peccioli, 4 kilometres from the villa.

Pisa 40 minutes – Florence 1 hour – Siena 1 hour and a half – Lucca 1 hour - San Gimignano 40 minutes - Arezzo 1 hour and 40 minutes.
