Accomodation Villa Palazzo delle Rose ( 350 mq - 8 - 12 beds ) a beautiful country villa in a wonderful location near the little village of Monterchi (near Arezzo), Tuscany. 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, sleeps 12, garden, large pool, panoramic views. As an agricultural working `fattoria` there are a couple of small buildings in the court yard where the farm machinery is stored. Grassed paths through mature woods provide splendid opportunities for gentle walks or running, and continue throughout the vast, private parkland that surrounds the villa. The vistas are absolutely splendid, looking over small hilltop towns and villages with the appenine mountain range forming the backdrop in the far distance. The immediate, manicured garden is over 3 terraces with the swimming pool on the level below the house. With a lovely paved surround, it has been placed to take full advantage of the magnificent vistas. A stone barn has been renovated into a large, quality shower/changing room complete with WC serving the pool. There are 20 hectares of garden and land, and this is an ideal spot for exploring both Tuscany and Umbria. A long, vine covered pergola leads onto a furnished terrace and entrance into a solidly furnished kitchen/breakfast room which has a fridge/freezer, large cooking hob and oven, microwave and dishwasher. First floor: second sitting/dining room and kitchen with a tall fridge, cooking hob, oven, large open fireplace, and doors to a small furnished terrace. Off a long corridor are two double and one twin bedded room, each with ensuite shower room and WC. There is also one double with private bathroom. Second Floor: One double room, one twin bedded room each with it`s own bathroom, 2 small cots for children. In the court yard is a separate laundry room with washing machine and WC.
