Profile The luxury Villa Rental Massimiliano (10 sleeping accomodation) is an old luxury villa dating from 1600 and totally restored in 1987. It has two floors and is surrounded by a large garden. It’s a completely independent structure with private parking lot. On the ground floor there are: a large sitting room with original brick arches and a stone fireplace, a kitchen also provided with a barbecue, a bathroom with shower box; one double bedroom with queen size bed and private bathroom with shower box, and one bedroom with twin beds and private bathroom with shower box. On the first floor there are: an exceptionally well lit living room furnished with card and billiard tables, one double bedroom with queen size bed and private bathroom with shower box, two bedrooms with twin beds and one bathroom with shower box. The house is furnished with antique furniture, pictures, carpets, curtains and typical Tuscan objects. There are terracotta floors and exposed wooden beams on the ceilings.
