Profile Independent holiday villa : 8/12/15/18 sleeping accommodations - This villa is located on the Montalbano hills at about 350 mts on the sea level (abt 380 yds) among a beautiful 3 acres olive grove, with a splendid panorama of the valley and of the feudal Larciano castle. The area is very quiet. The villa is surrounded by a large garden very well taken care of, and properly furnished with table, chairs big sun umbrella, barbecue and gazebo. The swimming pool - exclusive for the villa - is situated at a few meters from the villa. The location of the villa is ideal to reach the main towns in Tuscany such as Florence, Vinci, Pistoia, Lucca Siena and the Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi west coast.

Accommodation The villa is consisting of 3 holiday apartments which anyhow are rented as one unit only. There are 8 bedrooms: 6 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with single bed, and 1 bedroom with 3 beds. In the sitting room there is also a sofa that can be transformed into a double bed. There are 5 bathrooms with shower, four large and very well lighted sitting rooms, a large veranda from where you can see the swimming pool and outside table. On top of everything you can enjoy the large solarium terrace with a splendid view.
