Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, the villa (10+2 sleeping accommodations) is situated in a small village called Renai, 3 kilometres from Castelfiorentino. The interior of the villa commanding the green Florentine countryside is shrouded in the fascinating atmosphere of the ancient Tuscan peasant houses. The furniture in the airy and large rooms is simple and nevertheless elegant, whereas the bathrooms are decorated with the colourful Vietri tiles. The swimming pool lies in the garden surrounding the building. The panoramic terrace is furnished with a table and some chairs for eating in the open air. The villa is provided with all comforts (satellite TV, washing machine and dishwasher) and any architectural barriers have been eliminated from one of the bedrooms and the adjoining bathroom, which are therefore accessible to disabled people.
Accommodation
The villa (5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms) spreads out over two floors. A hallway leads to the kitchen, which accurately reproduces the kitchen of an old Tuscan cottage although being equipped with such modern appliances as dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer. The villa features also a laundry, a living/dining room with fireplace, 5 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with shower or bathtub. Possibility of adding two single beds in two bedrooms.
