Profile Villa Montespertoli ( 10+5 beds ) is an old farmhouse recently restored located in the Chianti region, Tuscany, few kilometres from Florence. The villa is completely independent, on a dominant hilltop position, offering a 360° panoramic view. The scenery around the Villa is the typical and picturesque one of the Tuscan hills around Florence, with vineyards, olive-groves and cypresses rows. The villa position in the heart of Tuscany, in the centre of the triangle Florence-Pisa-Siena, allows the Villa to be an ideal starting point to visit the most important art cities in Tuscany and particularly Florence, easily reachable, both by car and by bus, as it is well connected to Florence by a bus service (bus stop a few meters from the Villa). The villa has a private swimming pool, with a panoramic view on the green Tuscan hills, typical of the country around Florence.

Accommodation The Villa is divided into 3 apartments, but it can be rented in the whole, by accommodating up to 15 persons in 10+5 sleeping accommodations . Two apartments : 2 double bed rooms, living room with double sofa bed, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, one with whirlpool bathtub. The third apartment : 1 double bed rooms, living room with single sofa bed.

Where we are The villa is located in the heart of the Chianti region on the hills of Montespertoli near Florence.

Facilities swimming.-pool 5x10 mt, washing-machine, hydromassage, satellite TV, bed linen and bath towels, early produces can be picked directly from the fruit trees and vegetable garden.
