Villa del Poggio (10+4 beds - 310sqm - 5 bedromms, 5 bathrooms, 2 double sofa beds) is set on a hilltop in the countryside of the city of Arezzo with a spectacular view of the ancient city of Arezzo and one of the most splendid panoramas of the valley bellow. Accommodation The Villa lays on different levels: the entrance on one side takes to a living room with a kitchen corner, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, and on the other side it leads to another huge dinning room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. All of the rooms on the ground floor have access to the garden. On the first floor, besides a small living with a sofa bed attached to a magnificent terrace overlooking the backyard, we also find a kitchen corner, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A staircase leads to a beautiful suite consisting in a saloon with fireplace and balcony, a space full kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The Villa is tastefully furnished with sober and good quality furniture. In addition to the open-air kitchen and barbeque that serve the big dining room on the ground floor, each floor disposes of its own cooking corner allowing autonomy to the guests.
