The independent villa (8 sleeping accommodations) with swimming pool dates from the year 1000 and in origin was a cloister. The building is located in Castelfiorentino, about 40 kilometres from Florence, Siena and Volterra and only 20 from San Gimignano and overlooks the gentle Tuscan hills covered with vineyards and olive groves.
Accommodation
The rooms of the villa (4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) spread out over two floors. On the ground floor there is a wide fully equipped kitchen/dining room with fireplace in the centre. The first floor composes of a large living room with sofas and TV set, 1 bedroom with two queen-size beds, 1 room with bunk beds, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with two basins and bathtub and the other with shower). All rooms are terracotta-tiled. Washing machine on the ground floor.
