Villa Bellavista stands in panoramic position on the side of the Pratomagno chain, in Valdarno, between Florence and Arezzo Thanks to its strategic position, the villa is the ideal starting point for trips to many important Tuscan cities of art, such as Florence (50 km), Arezzo (30 km) and Siena (70 km).
The villa accommodates 9/11 people in 4 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with two single beds and 1 bedroom with three single beds), 2 sofa beds and 4 bathrooms. The villa is divided into two apartments and is surrounded by a wonderful 1-hectar garden with solarium area and swimming pool. The villa is situated in a very tranquil zone.
The two apartments were used to be two barns, which have been recently renovated. Both apartments have their private entrance and a big portico furnished with a table and some chairs. The portico leads to the park and the swimming pool.
The villa disposes of some mountain-bikes, table-football and table-tennis facilities, a wide area dedicated to children and Internet connection.
Clay tennis courts open all year long and a manθge organizing horse excursions on the gorgeous hills in the surroundings are within easy reach.
