Surrounded by a magnificent garden decorated with flower-beds, lavender bushes and fig trees, the villa (8 sleeping accommodations) stands in Lucignano, a small village of medieval origins in Valdichiana. Arezzo, Sansepolcro, Caprese Michelangelo, Anghiari, Siena, Montepulciano and Florence are within easy car distance. The villa was built in the 18th century and is divided into two apartments, but is rented as a unit. The swimming pool lies just a few metres from the building and is provided with sunloungers and chairs for relaxing in the peace and tranquillity of the Tuscan countryside. The villa is provided with all comforts (satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, iron and ironing board) and features also the barbecue equipment and a wood burning oven that guests can use to cook succulent pizzas to be eaten in the garden, under the gazebo, furnished with a table and some chairs. After a long walk, a horse ride or an excursion by bike, guests can relax in one of the spas in the neighbourhood. A hot air balloon flight offers the possibility to discover the beauties of Valdichiana from an unusual point of view. Those who desire to discover the flavours of Tuscany can organize wine tours and taste the excellent wines produced in the region.
Accommodation
The villa (4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) is divided into two apartments but is rented as a unit. The first apartment is composed of marble kitchen with stove, oven, fridge and dishwasher, living room with satellite TV, 2 double bedrooms with queen size bed and 1 bathroom with bathtub. The second apartment is composed of kitchen with stove, oven and fridge, 1 double bedroom with queen size bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds and 1 bathroom with bathtub. Both apartments have an independent entrance. Outside there is an area with gazebo, barbecue equipment and wood burning oven, furnished with a table and some chairs for eating al fresco.
