Villa San Giovanni ( with private and exclusive swimming pool ) at Corazzano, is located on the hills 5 kms from San Miniato. His name originates from the antique Roman church down hill. It ‘s part of the properties of the San Miniato Buonaparte family, and it’s shown on the map of “San Giovanni in Valdevola” which was made in 1585 by the Capitani di Parte. In 1693 the house was enriched by an oratory “noviter exotructus”. In 1714 a small church was built next to the villa. From Villa San Giovanni you can easily reach cities of art such as Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano, as well as La Versilia, la Riviera degli Etruschi, and the airports Peretola in Florence and Galileo Galilei in Pisa

The ground floor of the villa is consisting of a large sitting room, a dining room, a large kitchen totally equipped with oven, fridge, dishwasher, and a large fireplace. Still on the ground floor you can enjoy the studio-reading room with fireplace and a bathroom. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bank, supermarket, pharmacy, post office are available in the near village Corrazzano. The first Saturday of every month in the loggia of San Domenico church a nice biological market takes place. All year around the you can visit the museum where you can also admire the funerary mask of Napoleone Buonaparte. During the month of June in the Pieve di San Giovanni as well as in other churches and castles many concerts of classic and sacred music. In the village of Corrazzano, 5 min from villa Napoleone you can enjoy the Teatro Comunale Quaranthana . In San Miniato there is the Castelfalfi Golf club, the tennis club as well as a panoramic swimming pool for children and adults. Near the villa there is also a riding center
