Independent holiday villa sleeping 6 people situated in the heart of Chianti and provided with panoramic terrace, garden with swimming pool and private parking lot. In origin the building was a barn, which has recently been transformed into a magnificent villa provided with all comforts. The villa stands in the heart of the "Chianti Classico" area and its terrace commands the wonderful Tuscan hills covered with the vineyards for the production of the famous Chianti wine. In the neighbourhood of the villa there are riding stables and the renowned golf club "Ugolino". Guests can hike or mountain bike along the numerous trekking paths surrounding the property.
Accommodation
Entering the villa (3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms) there is a characteristic living room with a big sofa in front of the TV set. The walled kitchen and a wide and cosy dining room follow. The villa features 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin-bedded room and 3 bathrooms, two with shower and one with bathtub. In the villa there is also a laundry with a washing machine.
