On the hills of Vinci, about six kilometres from the town of Leonardo, stands the villa (16/20 sleeping accommodations). The structure goes back to the XIX century, and it is immersed in ancient olive trees on the gentle slopes of Montalbano in a quiet, panoramic position that inspires a sense of peace and harmony, offering itself as the ideal place to relax and enjoy walking through the greenness of the area. The complex is composed of a "master house", a "farmer`s house", an olive press and a barn surronded by a large garden that offers the possibility of choosing between the sun or the shade of the multitude of cypress trees. The swimming pool, along with the panoramic, spacious solarium, the wading pool for children, several sun umbrellas and a gazebo each equipped with a table and chairs, a barbecue, all add to rendering life in the open pleasureable
Accommodation
The apartments have been recently restored using when possible tipical materials of Tuscany as "cotto" and wood beams. The furnishing in simple and pratical Tuscany style, realized partly using furnitures "of thr granny" appropriately restored, contributes to render the stay pleasant. Each apartment is equipped of kitchen and TV Sat, three apartments have a terrace with barbecue, table and sun umbrella. For all wide external spaces are availables. The apartaments "Acacia", "Tiglio", "Limone" and "Arancio", all have fully equipped kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms (with all necessary linen as well) and have a small wash area in common.
The "Casa del Contadino" has its own washing machine. The interior decoration is in a simple Tuscan style.
