Description

The villa (10 sleeping accommodations) is situated in panoramic position close to Arezzo, in Valdichiana. A 12-hectare park surrounds the imposing building. Here are a theatre constructed only with trees and plants and a swimming pool with Roman steps equipped with deckchairs and sunshades. The garden in front of the building is furnished with gazebo, table and chairs and is the ideal setting for parties and special events. It is not by chance that in the villa have been organized music festivals and shot films.

The villa composes of two symmetrical wings (North and South) joined by a central loggia. The guests stay in the south wing in total privacy and are granted the exclusive use of the swimming pool and of all outdoor areas. The owners of the villa live nearby and are ready to help them in case of need.

The elegant villa features marble floors and is tastefully furnished with great care to details with period pieces and antiques.

Numerous paths stretch around the villa for wonderful and relaxing walks in the peaceful Arezzo countryside. Cortona, Pienza, Siena, Montalcino, Montepulciano, Florence and other important Tuscan cities of art are easily reached by car.


Accommodation

The villa (5 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms) spreads over three floors.

The ground floor composes of a large living room with fireplace, dining room and TV room. A large marble spiral staircase leads to the first floor.

The first floor is divided into 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin-bedded room, 2 bathrooms with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower. Two bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The bedrooms have access to the terraces with breathtaking views of Arezzo and the surrounding countryside.

A narrower spiral staircase leads from the ground floor to the basement, consisting in kitchen, store/ironing room, 1 twin-bedded room and 1 bathroom. A French door leads to the car park.


Facilities

The villa is provided with swimming pool (6x12 m; depth 1.80-3 m) lying 100 metres from the building and open from the end of April to the end of September, air conditioning, Internet connection, satellite TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, oven and car park. Animals are welcome upon request.
