Description

The farm is just 30 kilometres from Florence city centre. The Chianti estate covers a surface of 120 hectares, 6 of which are cultivated with vineyards. Most of the vines (90%) are Chianti Sangiovese, with a minor percentage of Canaiolo and Merlot vines. The olive groves cover a surface of about 20 hectares. Fifty hectares of irrigated plain are cultivated with corn and sunflowers. Some pheasants, hares and roes live in the estate.

In this scenery stand four villas (ex farmer`s houses) divided into nine apartments that have been renovated respecting the original charming structure. The severe and austere terracotta-tiled floors and beamed ceilings blend with modern comforts: all the houses are provided with heating system, wood-burning hearth, satellite TV, ADSL line, household linen and private portion of garden. The kitchens are equipped with dishwasher, fridge, cooker and freezer. The apartments overlook the hills covered with vineyards, olive groves and sunflowers.

A wonderful swimming pool (6x12 m), the garden, a table-tennis table, a bowls pitch, the barbecue equipment and the children`s playground are at guests` disposal.

VILLA ARANCIONE (8+2 sleeping accommodations). The villa is divided into two apartments (Apartment Pero and Apartment Susino) with 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, 2 single sofa beds and 4 bathrooms.
