The beautiful apartment obtained from the partition of a villa in four housing units is located on the promontory of Punta Ala (Grosseto), one of the most famous seaside resorts in southern Tuscany, in Maremma.

A few hundred metres from the apartment are beautiful beaches (both free and equipped), a riding stable and a golf club. Nature lovers can have long walks in the pinewood that surrounds the building.

Piombino (with the port of embarkation to the isle of Elba), Uccellina Natural Park and Porto Santo Stefano are easily reached by car.
