Description

The cosy apartment is part of a villa situated on the hills of Valdichiana, in a very peaceful area north of Arezzo, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards.

Its geographical position makes the house an excellent departure point for visiting Arezzo, Anghiari, Caprese Michelangelo, Sansepolcro, Montalcino, Montepulciano, Cortona and many other cities of art in Tuscany and central Italy. Lake Trasimeno is within easy driving distance.

The house has been recently renovated with an eye to preserving its original architecture and is comfortably furnished in rustic style.


The Outdoors

The house features a wide fenced garden with a heatable whirlpool bathtub sitting 3 people and a terrace/solarium area equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers.

A large loggia is furnished with table and chairs for having meals al fresco.

The house in a two-storey apartment that sleeps 6 guests in 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, and has 2 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

On the ground floor there are the entry hall, the large kitchen with dining table, fireplace and access to the loggia, the living room, a storeroom, a double bedroom and a half bathroom.
The first floor consists of a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and a twin bedroom with private bathroom with shower.

The bedrooms and the loggia are equipped with ceiling fans.
