Description

The beautiful villa is an ancient farmhouse located on the hills south of Bagno a Ripoli, just 12 kilometres from Florence historic centre and at the border with the Chianti Classico area. Its location makes it the ideal accommodation for visiting Florence widely renowned monuments - Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi Gallery, the Duomo, the Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens, the basilica of Santa Croce - while living in close contact with nature in the peaceful countryside. A golf club with an 18-hole course is in proximity to the property.

The villa has been recently renovated with an eye to preserving its original architectural features. The imposing building is part of an estate with olive trees for the production of extra-virgin olive oil and a horse farm. The villa affords splendid views of the surrounding countryside.

The owners of the villa furnished in rustic style live nearby and will be glad to help their guests in case of need.


The Outdoors

The villa has a wide paved terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside and furnished with table and chairs for having meals al fresco.

The private swimming pools (4x17 m; depth: 1.10-2.10 m) set in dominating location and surrounded by olive trees is exclusively reserved to guests. An external shower is in proximity to the poolside.

The barbecue equipment is at guests' disposal.


Accommodation

The villa is a three-storey building divided into three apartments connected by internal stairs; in total, it sleeps 16 guests in 7 double bedrooms and 1 double sofa bed and has 5 bathrooms and 1 toilette.

The apartement on the lower floor composes of kitchen, living room with dining area and access to the outdoor, a double bedroom with private bathroom with bathtub and shower and a toilette.

The apartment on the ground floor composes of a large kitchen with fireplace, three double bedrooms (one with an ensuite bathroom with shower and one with a direct access to the outdoor) and a bathroom with shower.

The apartment on the first floor consists of living room with a double sofa bed, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower.
