Description

Surrounded by the green Tuscan hills, covered with olive groves and vineyards, the villa (10 sleeping accommodations) stands in the heart of the Chianti district, a few kilometres from Florence and Siena and close to other tourist destinations, such a Certaldo - Giovanni Boccaccio`s birthplace - and San Gimignano. The building is surrounded by a gorgeous fenced garden, with a 10x5 m swimming pool at guests` disposal. The rooms are full of light and feature some elements typical of most of Tuscan country houses, such as terracotta-tiled floors and beamed ceilings. The villa is provided with all comforts (satellite TV, stereo system, dishwasher and washing machine). The barbecue equipment is at guests` disposal. The price includes maid service three times a week. The villa is the ideal accommodation for those who desire to relax while doing sports: in the vicinity of the villa there are some tennis courts, a golf course and riding stables.

On the ground floor there are a wide living room with fireplace, satellite TV and stereo system, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom with shower. At the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms, 2 twin-bedded rooms and 3 bathrooms with shower.
