The semi-detached house (3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) spreads out over two floors. On the ground floor there are the entrance hall, a wide living room with panoramic glass window, fully equipped kitchen, utility room, 1 bathroom with shower and wide panoramic terrace communicating with the kitchen. On the first floor there are 1 double bedroom with panoramic terrace, 1 twin-bedded room, 1 double bedroom with access to the rear garden and 1 bathroom with bathtub and shower.
