The 1000-square-metre private garden is furnished with sun loungers.

The paved terrace is furnished with sunshade and dining table for having meals al fresco. Here is also the barbecue equipment.

The villa features also a private courtyard with a porch.

The holiday rental villa is a three-storey building; it sleeps 9 people in 2 double-bedded rooms, 1 twin-bedded room and 1 triple bedroom, and has 2 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

The ground floor composes of large and fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, large living room with wood-burning stove and a half bathroom.

On the first floor are two double-bedded rooms (one with ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub), one room with two single beds that can be united to form a double bed and a second bathroom.

The mansard on the second floor is furnished with a double and a single bed.
