Elegant house (6 sleeping accommodations - 110 mq) with a magnificent view on the Apuan Alps, situated in the centre of Forte dei Marmi. Forte dei Marmi is one of the most exclusive resorts of the Versilia Riviera, patronized by businessmen, diplomats and nobles from all over the world. Forte dei Marmi offers a variety of sports activities: from climbing in the Apuan Alps to sailing-boat tours and strolls on the 5km, white shore flanked by a long promenade with palms and oleanders.


Accomodation

The house offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Ground floor: living room/kitchen equipped with electric oven, cooker with 4 gas burners, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, crystal extensible table for 6 to 10 people; 2 double bedrooms (double bed or twin beds on demand) with their own bathroom. First floor: bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom with shower and a 10m² terrace with a cast-iron and marble table and iron armchairs, shielded with a sun curtain. The terrace opens on a magnificent view of the Apuan Alps.


Facilities

The rent includes the rent of an umbrella and deckchairs on the beach. In the rear garden there is a marble oval table for six people with chairs and a flowerbed with jasmins and other flowering plants. Here there is also a little laundry, with a marble sink and a washing machine. All rooms are air conditioned, satellite TV, 1 private parking place, bicycles (Forte dei Marmi has a wide net of cycle tracks).

In the neighbourhood: restaurants, ice-cream parlours, refined fashion shops, jewellers, art and antique galleries. The open market in Forte dei Marmi is reknown all over Tuscany and during the summer Forte dei Marmi hosts various exhibits, feasts, festivals and sports events.
