Description

The elegant and modern luxury villa is situated east of Florence, on the hills of Valdisieve, close to a small village called Donnini.

The building stands at the centre of a wide park (4000 square metres) rich in trees and rose hedges, which guarantees absolute privacy. Adjacent to the villa, loggias and terraces are furnished for guests to have meals and relax in the open air.


The Outdoors

Just a few metres from the building, in the garden, lies the swimming pool (12 x 5.5 x 1.20 m), which is accessed only through a small gate, in order to avoid that children have free access to it.

Guests can have their meals al fresco in absolute privacy in two areas furnished with pergolas, tables and chairs. One of them is by the door of the house and is equipped with barbecue and wood-burning oven; the second one is next to the swimming pool and features a hammock.


Accommodation

The villa offers 8 sleeping accommodations in 3 double-bedded rooms, 1 bedroom with two French-size beds and 5 bathrooms. One or two supplementary cot beds are available upon request.

The villa features large rooms.

On the ground floor are 2 large double-bedded rooms with ensuite bathroom, a gym with some pieces of apparatus and a laundry room with washing machine.

The first floor composes of fully equipped kitchen (featuring double cooker, inox double-sink unit, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, American-style coffee maker, corn flakes dispenser, fridge, freezer and toaster); dining room furnished with pickled-wood table and chairs; living room with three sofas, fireplace, TV set and CD and DVD players; bathroom with shower; double-bedded room with ensuite bathroom with two wash-basins, shower, Finnish sauna and Jacuzzi whirlpool bathtub for two.

On the second floor is a double-bedded room with ensuite bathroom. The walls of the room are frescoed with trompe l`oeil.

The villa is provided with fenced swimming pool, Jacuzzi whirlpool bathtub for two, Finnish sauna, outdoor wood-burning oven, barbecue equipment, hammock and wireless Internet connection.


Services

Grocers`, a garage, a baker, the post office, a bank, a chemist`s and a minimarket are in the nearby village called Donnini (3 km). Services of any kind are in Pontassieve and Reggello (just a 15 minute drive from the villa).


Distances

Florence 30 minutes by car; Arezzo 45 minutes; Siena, San Gimignano, Cortona, Montalcino and Pienza are within 1 hour-1 hour and a half. Florentine Chianti is within 30 minutes by car.

Florence historical centre is reached in 30 minutes by train from the small Sant`Ellero railway station (7 km).
