Description

The luxury villa is located in Bucine, a small town in Upper Valdarno, in the province of Arezzo The typical elements of the Tuscan landscape, olive groves and vineyards stretch around the one-hectare fully-fenced garden that surrounds the ex-farmhouse.
A riding stable in proximity to the villa organises horseback rides in the surrounding countryside. A tennis club, a golf club and Rapolano Terme spas are a few kilometres from the estate.
Arezzo Siena Florence Cortona, San Gimignano and many other Tuscan and central-Italy tourist destinations are within easy driving distance.


The Outdoors

In the garden that surrounds the villa, about 30 metres from the building, lies the private swimming pool (7x17 m; depth: 1.40 m), with a whirlpool area for three people. The pool side is furnished with sun loungers, a table, some chairs and some speakers streaming the music broadcasted by radio stations around the world.
Next to the swimming pool stands an annex composed of a large room equipped with wood-burning oven, gas cooker, electric oven, big fireplace and barbecue; a sauna for 6/8 people; a bathroom.
A large table with wrought-iron chairs sitting 20 people is on the other side of the villa, adjacent to the kitchen.


Accommodation

The villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 10+4 people in 4 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 4 supplementary single beds, and has 5 bathrooms.
On the ground floor are the fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with fireplace, and a bedroom with two single beds that can be united to form a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.
The first floor composes of four double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower (one features also a whirlpool bathtub for two people).
Four supplementary single beds can be added in the bedrooms.
