The Villa, only few kilometers from Florence can be an ideal starting point to visit on a daily trip the most important art cities in Tuscany like Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano, Pistoia, Arezzo and Cortona. At guest’s disposal an exclusive swimming pool with spectacular view. The Villa is luxuriously furnished with antique and modern style pieces and offers any type of comfort.

The Villa is consisting of 2 buildings with 2 indipendent entrances : a bigger one, the farmhouse ( 8 sleeping accomodations ) with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and one toilet, and a smaller one, the dependance, ( 4 sleeping accomodations ) with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet . The Villa is rented only to one group of persons, therefore the swimming pool is at exclusive use of the client who is occupying the main house, the farmhouse, or the farmhouse and the dependance ( depending on the number of guests). It is guaranteed absolute privacy for the client and the exclusive and private use of the swimming pool. Farmhouse: large living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, wardrobe, 3 bathrooms, 1 toilet, one double bedroom (suite) 2 twin bedrooms, one bedroom with a high quality sofabed for two persons, air conditioning in every bedroom, Sat-Tv. Facilities The Villa is completely surrounded by a garden with local flora plants: rosemary, laurel, lavender. Private parking which can host up to 3 cars and 1 swimming pool with a spectacular view on the typical tuscan hills. The swimming pool is equipped with its own bathroom and a changing room. 4 kilometres away from the Villa there is the Bilancino lake, where it is possible to sail with small boats. Horse riding lessons can be taken at a riding grounds 5 km away . Plenty of shopping facilities and 1 hospital are in the nearby Village, Vicchio, which can be easily reached within few minutes by car. In the neighbourhood: tennis, golf, wine tasting shops, etruscan archeological finds, renaissance and medieval buildings. Villa Donatello is situated at about 30 km from Florence. The villa can be a very good starting point to visit the most important artistic cities of Tuscany and the suggestive Chianti area with its vineyards and olive-groves. Florence ist the nearest artistic city. You can visit several towns: Cortona and the Trasimeno lake (80 km), very chracteristic little villages like Poppi, Stia nel Casentino, Greve in Chianti, Castellina in Chianti, Impruneta. In 60/90 minutes by car you can reach the seaside, Pisa, San Gimignano, Volterra Siena and so on. The Chianti area, with its vineyards and the famous wine production is only 20/30 minutes by car .
