Description

A 16th-century building has been transformed into a residential hotel. The complex is situated near an ancient Etruscan town called Cortona, which is just 3 kilometres away.


Accommodation

The residential hotel is divided into 10 one-floor and two-floor apartments.

Three-room apartments - 4 sleeping accommodations: they compose of 2 double bedrooms (one can become a twin bedroom, upon request), 1 bathroom with shower, living/dining room and fully equipped kitchenette. The apartments are provided with satellite TV, heating system and air conditioning.

Three-room apartments - 3 sleeping accommodations: they consist in 1 large bedroom with one double and one single bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, living/dining room and fully equipped kitchenette. The apartments are provided with phone, satellite TV, heating system and air conditioning.

Apartments with 2 sleeping accommodations: they are composed of 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, living/dining room and fully equipped kitchenette. The apartments are provided with phone, satellite TV, heating system and air conditioning.

The residential hotel has a swimming pool (16x18 m) at the back of the building.
