The “OLTRARNO “ apartment is situated in the center of Florence, in the historical Piazza del Carmine square, on the other side of the Arno river, named “OLTRARNO ” by the florentins.The main cathedral sq (Piazza Duomo), the major museums, churches and galleries as well as S.M.N. main railway station, can be reached in a 10 min walk. The owner of the apartment would be pleased to reserve tickets for Galleries and Museums for our guests, so to avoid long queues.


Accomodation

The building where the rent apartment is situated dates back to the 18th century : it has a beautiful facade and a splendid iron gate from which you can enjoy the antique courtyard. It`s a young apartment consisting of three small cute rooms on three levels connected by a spiral staircase. You enter the apartment in the sitting room, furnished with a sofa that can be trasformed into a confortable double bed, from which you can step up to the balcony where the double bed is situated and where you will admire the beatiful antique oak ceiling. From the sitting room you step down to the kitchen and to the bathroom. You will love eating on the beatiful old table and you will endoy the atmosphere of the arched ceiling and the antique stones on the wall. Air conditioning and TV are available in the apartment.
