The famous Piazza San Lorenzo with its picturesque street market is just a five-minute walk from the apartment. Santa Maria Novella railway station and the Fortezza da Basso, which is now used for important shows and trade fairs, are in proximity to the apartment as well.

The Duomo, the church of Santa Maria Novella, the Museum of the Accademia, the Uffizi Gallery Palazzo Vecchio Ponte Vecchio, the Boboli garden and the most important Florentine monuments are easily reached on foot.

The apartment has a livable surface of 120 square metres; it sleeps 6+1 people in 3 double-bedded rooms and 1 single sofa bed, and has 3 bathrooms. The three double-bedded rooms can be transformed into rooms with two single beds.

The apartment composes of well-equipped kitchen, luminous living/dining room, three double-bedded rooms with ensuite bathroom and a small room with a single sofa bed.

Alternatively to the single sofa bed (length: 1.70 m), a longer pouf bed can be added in one of the bedrooms.

The living room opens onto a small balcony overlooking a nice garden.
