Description

The holiday farm stands atop a hill in Monteverdi Marittimo (Pisa), in Val di Cecina, just a few kilometres from Marina di Castagneto and its beaches. Renowned seaside resorts, such as San Vincenzo, Cecina, Baratti, Vada, Follonica and Piombino, as well as many cities of art and culture, including Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, Pisa and Florence, are within easy car distance.

Immersed in a wide 20,000-square-metre park, the holiday farm composes of four holiday apartments that have been skilfully renovated according to the canons of the traditional Tuscan rural architecture.


The Outdoors

The buildings forming the holiday farm are immersed in a wide park covering over 20,000 square metres, where guests can have relaxing walks or mountain-bike rides. Renting the holiday-farm apartments could prove to be an excellent solution for those who dream of holidays in close contact with nature.

In the park, about 20 metres from the houses, lies the swimming pool (5x10 m; depth: 1.20 m), open from May to September. The pool sode is furnished with elegant deck chairs and equipped with a shower.

In the park is also a children`s playground equipped with a slide and a swing.

Each apartment has a private garden furnished with deck chairs and sunshades, as well as with table and chairs for having meals al fresco. The private gardens are furnished also with chairs for children.

The holiday farm is divided into four independent apartments; in total it sleeps 14+7 people in 4 double-bedded rooms, 3 twin-bedded rooms and 4 sofa beds, and has 4 bathrooms.

Apartment Il Cerro PT (70 m² - 4+2 sleeping accommodations) is on the ground floor and composes of fully equipped kitchen, large living room with double sofa bed, one double-bedded room, one room with two beds that can be united to form a double bed, and a bathroom with shower.
The apartment has a wide private garden and a porch.

Apartment Il Cerro PP (70 m² - 4+2 sleeping accommodations) is on the first floor and composes of fully equipped kitchen, large living room with double sofa bed, one double-bedded room, one room with two beds that can be united to form a double bed, and a bathroom with shower.
The apartment has a wide private garden and a panoramic terrace.

Apartment Le Querce (65 m² - 4+2 sleeping accommodations) is on the ground floor and composes of fully equipped kitchen, living room with double sofa bed and a table sitting up to 16 people, one double-bedded room, one room with single beds that cannot be united and a bathroom with shower.
The apartment has a private garden.

Apartment I Lecci (35 m² - 2+1 sleeping accommodations) is on the ground floor and composes of fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, one double-bedded room and a bathroom with shower.
The apartment has a private garden.

The holiday farm is provided with swimming pool, children`s playground and barbecue equipment.

Each apartment comes with independent heating system, TV set, fridge, freezer, electric or microwave oven, toaster, hairdryer and private parking place.

A cradle or a cot bed is supplied upon request.
