The complex is located between Radicofani and Pitigliano, in Val d`Orcia Natural Park, close to Mount Amiata.

The area enjoys beneficial climate conditions: during the summer a pleasant fresh breeze blows in the morning and the country air is unpolluted.

The property is reached through a narrow unsurfaced road and accessed through an automated gate. The complex consists in six houses that have been renovated according to the traditional Tuscan aesthetic values. Each house is furnished with the utmost care and elegance, paying attention to details.

HOUSE 1: called Casina Ginestra; it offers 4 sleeping accommodations. On the ground floor are a large living room with satellite TV opening onto the garden, the kitchen equipped with oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine and opening onto the external loggia, and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor are a double-bedded room, a twin-bedded room and a bathroom with large shower cabinet.

HOUSE 2: called Casina Margherita; it offer 3+2 sleeping accommodations. On the ground floor are a large living room with sofa bed and satellite TV opening onto the external loggia and the kitchenette equipped with oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Upstairs are a double-bedded room, a bedroom with a three-quarter bed and a bathroom with shower.

HOUSE 3: called Casina Gelsomino; it offers a bathroom with large shower cabinet and 2 sleeping accommodations in the sofa bed in the living room on the ground floor, which features also a satellite TV set and a kitchenette equipped with oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The living room opens onto the external loggia.

HOUSE 4: called Casina Lillà; it offers 4+1 sleeping accommodations. On the ground floor is a large living room/kitchen with single sofa bed, satellite TV, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Upstairs are a double-bedded room, a twin-bedded room and a large bathroom with wide shower cabinet.

HOUSE 5: called Casina Rosa; it offers 4+2 sleeping accommodations. On the ground floor are a large living room with double sofa bed and satellite TV opening onto the external loggia and a large kitchen equally opening onto the external loggia and equipped with oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor are a double-bedded room, a twin-bedded room and a bathroom with bathtub.

HOUSE 6: called Casina Glicine; it offers 6 sleeping accommodations. On the ground floor are a large living room with loft with a double bed, satellite TV and CD player, the kitchen equipped with oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, a large bathroom with shower and a Roman bathtub (2x2.70 m), a double-bedded room opening onto the garden, a twin-bedded room and a large bathroom with shower. The kitchen opens onto the external loggia.
