Description

The villa is a completely renovated peasant house situated near Colle Val d`Elsa (Siena), in Valdelsa. Around the estate, which is fully fenced with a low wall and a hedge, stretches the wonderful Tuscan countryside, with the Chianti hills in the background. San Gimignano Volterra, Siena Florence and other important Tuscan tourist destinations are within easy driving distance. Within a few kilometres of the villa are a tennis club, a riding stable and a golf club. Those who would like to devote to their well-being can visit the spas in Gambassi Terme.


The Outdoors

The villa is surrounded by a wide garden equipped with a table-tennis table, a small gym, a table-football table, the barbecue equipment and a table with chairs for guests to have their meals al fresco.
A small children`s playground is equipped with swings and a slide.

The private swimming pool (5x10 m; depth: 0.70-1.80 m) that lies about 10 metres from the building has a whirlpool area.


Accommodation

The villa is a two-storey building divided into three apartments; it sleeps 15+3 people in 2 triple bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 3 supplementary single beds; the villa has 4 bathrooms.
On the ground floor are two apartments of about 50 square metres; both of them consist in kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
On the first floor is a large 100-square-metre apartment composed of kitchen, living room, two triple bedrooms, one single bedroom and two bathrooms.
The apartment on the first floor has also a 20-square-metre balcony.
Three supplementary single beds are available upon request.
