The villa stands at the centre of an 84-hectare estate and is surrounded by a wide wooded park of about 3000 square metres. Renting the villa could prove to be the ideal solution for those who would like to relax in the countryside around Florence doing pleasant walks, as well as bike and horseback rides. Within a few kilometres from the estate are also a golf club, some tennis courts and thermal baths. Florence Pisa, Certaldo, Vinci, Empoli and other Tuscan cities of art are easily reached by car for pleasant one-day trips.


The Outdoors

The vacation villa is surrounded by 84 hectares of woods, pinewoods, vineyards, olive groves and cultivated fields. A private swimming pool(5.30x12.70 m; depth: 1,20 m) lies in the wide 3000-square-metre wooded park exclusively reserved to guests that stretches around the building. The swimming pool comes with an equipped solarium area.


Accommodation

The villa sleeps 10+2 people in 4 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 2 supplementary single beds, and has 4 bathrooms.

The villa composes of a kitchen equipped with electric oven, gas cooker and fridge with freezer; two dining/living rooms; four double bedrooms (three with ensuite bathroom); one room with two single beds that can be united to form a double bed; another bathroom with bathtub. Two supplementary single beds are available upon request.
Three bedrooms are provided with air conditioning. All of the rooms are on the first floor.
