The villa (7+2 sleeping accommodations) is located between the Apuan Alps and the Versilia riviera, in a small village called Piano di Mommio, only 5 kilometres from Viareggio and the sea. The villa stands in a variegated and charming landscape, rich in wonderful panoramic places, such as Mommio Castello, Corsanico, Bargecchia, the Quiesa pass and the islets in the lake Massaciuccoli. The numerous strongholds and Romanesque churches in the neighbourhood house interesting works of art. The area is scattered with restaurants serving Versilia traditional dishes and specialities with great Tuscan wines. The most important Tuscan cities of art, such as Florence Pisa, Siena Lucca, Volterra and San Gimignano are within easy car reach. In the gorgeous garden that surrounds the building there are the swimming pool (6x12m) with hydromassage system and springboard and a gazebo furnished with a table and some chairs for eating al fresco.
Accommodation
The villa (1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, mansard with 4 sleeping accommodations + double sofa bed and 3 bathrooms) spreads out over three floors. The basement composes of hallway/study, 1 bedroom with French size bed, laundry room, living room with double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchenette featuring oven and dishwasher and 1 bathroom with shower. The ground floor is composed of a large living room, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with bathtub. The open space mansard on the first floor is divided into three rooms with two single beds, a double bed and a wardrobe area and 1 bathroom with shower. The ground floor and the mansard are provided with air conditioning.

The villa is provided with swimming pool with hydromassage system and springboard, TV, barbecue equipment and private parking lot. Animals are welcome.
